Dr. Maxwell Rent received his medical degree in India at Kasturba Medical College in 1970. After completing postgraduate training in Internal Medicine, he moved to Albany, N.Y., where he did his Internship at St. Peter’s Hospital. Dr. Rent then went to Hawaii to do his Residency in Internal Medicine, and later his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of California, Irvine.
Dr. Rent is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and a member of the Florida Gastroenterological Association. He makes his home in New Port Richey.
